He was a very active guy, co-editing and co-writing, e.g., one of the first publications about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.culturalsurvival.org\/publications\/csq\/index.cfm?id=21.4\">indigenous groups and the internet<\/a> in 1998 (<span style=\"font-style:italic;\">Cultural Survival, 21.4<\/span>). Unfortunately, I met him only once at the Incommunicado Conference in Amsterdam in 2005.
